1.Marinate the chicken wings in Original Marinade U0902Y02.
2.Coat the marinated chicken wings in Predust H2050 to enhance the crunchiness of the final product. This step ensures a crispy exterior that locks in the juicy goodness of the chicken.
3.Prepare Batter Mix U0902F02 using a specific ratio of (dry : water =1:1.6) to create a light and crispy coating..
4.Dip the Battered chicken wings with Breader U0902F02 to ensure they are fully coated. 
5.Heat oil to a temperature between 165°C to 175°C. Carefully place the chicken wings into the hot oil and fry for 5-6 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
